Quality and certifications
Management system certificates, third-party test reports and the measured numbers behind them.
Measure it, record it, repeat it
Tape fails for boring reasons: the adhesive is underweight, the thickness drifts across the roll, or the colour on the reorder does not match the first delivery. Our quality work is built around preventing those three failures.
Each production run is checked for 180° peel strength, initial tack, base film thickness and appearance. Printed tape is also checked for print registration and colour against the approved proof. Records are kept so that a complaint can be traced back to a batch.
- Incoming film and adhesive checked before use
- Thickness, adhesion and tack measured during production
- Print registration and colour checked against the approved proof
- Finished goods inspected and counted before cartoning
- Batch records retained for traceability

Qualification certificates
The company's qualification and management-system certificates — ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, an AAA credit rating and a green enterprise certificate — together with the business licence and third-party CTI test reports. Click any certificate to view it at full size.
Certificates are reproduced for information. Please ask us for a current copy before relying on any certificate number or validity date.
What the CTI report measured
In September 2024, CTI tested two samples — transparent tape and printed tape — against QB/T 2422-1998. The table below reproduces the headline results from that report.
| Test item | Sample | Result | Specified value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base film thickness deviation | Transparent tape | Average 0.029 mm, deviation +0.001 mm | ±0.002 mm |
| 180° peel strength | Printed tape | Average 6.2 N/25 mm | ≥ 5 N/25 mm |
| Width, appearance, tack and tensile strength | Both samples | Tested, see the full report | Per QB/T 2422-1998 |
| Heavy metal screening (XRF) | Transparent tape | Lead, cadmium, mercury, chromium and bromine not detected | Below the reporting limit |
Results are summarised from CTI reports A2240587194101C and A2240723802101001E. The full reports, including sampling conditions, are available on request.
Where the checks happen
Quality work is distributed through the production line rather than concentrated in a final inspection.
Incoming inspection
Film rolls and adhesive are checked when they arrive: film thickness, roll condition and adhesive batch.
Coating control
Coating weight and film tension are monitored as the adhesive is applied, because both decide how the tape peels.
Printing control
Registration and colour are compared against the approved proof while the run is in progress.
Slitting and finishing
Width, winding tension and roll appearance are checked after slitting, before packing.
Final inspection and records
Finished rolls are graded, counted and packed, and the batch record is filed for traceability.
